I am also facing same problem. My website had very good ranking on Bing and had about 15K monthly organic traffic from Bing. But some days before it suddenly disappeared from bing search results. Now when i search by adding site operator, it is showing "some results have been removed".
I have added the website in bing webmaster tool and found nothing abnormal. No DMCA, no copyright or anything suspicious.
Could you please tell how can i overcome this issue?

My website is on https:// , but i think this is not https or www issue. They suddenly disappeared my website from search results. When i check it on bing webmaster tool, it says "your website is indexed but can't be served on search results.
