Some REALLY IMPORTANT Questions about Facebook that need answering...

I made some fairly large sums of cash from FB since April, without knowing 3 basic things. I only knew how to make externals and how to get them viral(a few). Now, it seems the terrain has changed slightly and I need a little knowledge in order to continue making dollar. I would really appreciate some help on the following questions.

How to Buy over a Fan Page properly? How do I become the only Admin of a Page that was created by someonelse?

How to Post on Pages without any Publishing rights?

How to contact owners of Pages in order to either buy the Page or secure the right to update?


I would really appreciate if folks could answer this for me. I think they are questions many people, including myself, would like answered.
