    I want to start learning programmation but what language learn? Website maker or software maker?
    And where i can learn?

    Yeah, these are the best ones to learn and get your foot in the door with but DON'T promote yourself as a programmer if you aren't, as it will be painfully obvious if you aren't. I've had to correct 100's of hack jobs over the years from people getting a couple of books and then doing things they aren't ready for.

    Use it wisely and have fun, while avoiding the crap shoot of getting in over your head.

    I thought https://www.phpacademy.org/ is a good resource to learn PHP. Do some research on various languages you can use, but always specialize in one. I personally prefer Python and the Django framework.

    before learning a programming language you really need to decide what you actually want to do and create
    some are easier to learn than others but until you decide which direction you want to go in it is a moot point
    there are numerous online courses available, google is your friend

    Since you are a newbie ,so you can start first c ,then c++,
    and then go to C#,
    I think this can fulfill your requirements.
