Some Questions regarding Making Your Own PBN

Since I'm totally done with buying services on BHW and other SEO providers. Their services aren't simply good enough, too spam and have nothing to be as good as they claim it.

So it's time for me to build my first ever PBNs. To be honest, i'm really terrified that I might leave the footprint somewhere.
Therefore, it would be amazing to have someone to clarify these miserable questions.

1 - Most of the domains I found have to bought on Godaddy. Is it possible to make multiple accounts in Goddady to vary the information? Will Godaddy ban all of my accounts when they find out that it belongs to 1 person?

2 - As I'm using ahrefs to check the domains anchors and backlinks. Let's take a look at this domain for example:


They are Brand anchors but many SEO gurus recommend eliminating them as soon as possible because they look SPAM even if they have high DA TF CF PA. Should I go with this opinion?

3 - Is it that necessary to use unique hosting providers for each domain?
For example:
Domain 1 - hawkhost
Domain 2 - stablehost
Domain 3 - Namecheap
...

Can I go for:
Domain 1 - Hawk host
Domain 2 - Hawk host with different account and IP-C Class.
...

4 - What type of anchor do you recommend to link to money site?
- General anchor
- Brandname
- Exact Keyword
- LSI keyword.

4. I use exact match and Partial match anchors for PBN links. Use other type of linnks for diversity (profile, web 2.0 etc)

3. It is required to use a unique host for each domain. If you are short on budget, you can also use cloudflare to hide your hosting IP. Just make sure to only use A and Cname records and delete everything else.
