Some questions [newbie]

I have some questions.
At first, I will tell you some info about my site. I have new landing page

There are plenty of other things you can do while your waiting on your site ageing a bit, you can get your web 2.0 articles setup without any backlinks, and put them in later, setup more sites too, look at ad networks, and most important consider what your going to do if your current plan doesn't work.

1. blogger is strict and there are hundreds if not thousands of web 2.0 sites. it is better to have links from a bunch of these than a bunch of links from one blogger blog. Use search for a list of 2.0s, I've seen a few floating around.

2. If you build several web 2.0 properties and then start adding a bunch of links to the web 2.0s instead of your actual site, you won't have to worry to much about penalized based on number of links. but switch up you anchor text. use the sites root url, the posts url. related Keywords "click here" type keywords. Mix it up and you shouldn;t have to worry to much about penalties

To make clear, I have company based on my main domain. I do not want to touch it because the domain is important, everything is related to this domain (Business cards, Banners and more).

New questions:
1. I understood that I need more than one blogger. Can I use the same articles on the blogs? Should I make anchor texts to my main domain or it is risky?

2. I got an idea to open new blog with new domain and post some articles then bomb it with backlinks. Good or not? It will be like landing page which wont have any links to my main domain.

3. My site is not written in english. If I make backlinks from english sites with anchor texts that contains my language, is it bad?
