Some questions from a newb

Hi everyone. I'm new to the IM game. The only money I've made online in the past, is from my work as a freelance writer. I posted this same thread in the "CPA" subforum a few days ago but got 0 replies. I hope someone here can help.

I like the idea of CPA because of a low barrier to make sales. I have some questions to anyone who would be able to provide some answers. Thanks in advance.

- I signed up for Ogads. I live in Canada. If the traffic I receive comes from Canada too, I can only provide them with Canadian offers, correct?

- Am I allowed to target US/international traffic too? And I would have to find an offer that can be used for that respective country?

- Hypothetically, let's say I have an email list (Canadians) of buyer intent. They want to buy an iPhone, but I can't find a good Canadian iPhone CPA offer. What should I do?

- Yes of course. But even if your traffic is not coming from CA, they will be redirected to a particular offer based on user geolocation.

- Yes you are. No you don't have to.
