Some questions for posting on fourms with xrumer

Basically I want to ask a few questions about posting on fourms with xrumer.

Is it a good idea to have a signature with your anchor text?

Is it a good idea to have your website in your profile?

Is it a good idea to have your website and your anchor text in the body?

Is it a good idea to have your website click able from an image?

Is it alright to do all of these things for each post? Using spin-able content for anchor text and body, but keeping the title the same throughout all the posting?
