Some questions before i start my instagram journey

Hey guys so I about to start IG+OG ads journey. I created account on OG Ads a while ago, created 30 instagram accounts manually. 3 days ago i did PV for 10accounts but its asking me tk do it again, i tried verifying it again but for some reason i can't get the verification code. Also I have a couple questions. Whats the best PV service, and how much account per phone number should i verify? What's the best proxy provider and how much accounts per proxy?

Getting PV for twice or thrice on IG is normal. Avoid using a number for multiple accounts. getsmscode.com and smspva.com are your best bet to obtain virtual numbers for verification.
