Some Questions as a beginner

Hi guys , if im buying youtube views , do i need to do the unlist and then later on(after getting the views) public my video method for higher ranking?

and is it better to switch off monetization for that video?

In my opinion there are better more effective ways for youtube rankings than unlisting method. But some people are still having good rankings with that. You have to play around a bit. There are more important things like video optimization you should take care of first.
