Hy, i have some questions

1_ if i delet old some video is this impact in future an request to join the monetization program?
2_ if my old videos i make their visibility private is this impact quota 4000h watchtime for future request to join the monetization program?
3_ if i delet some old videos or make their private is this impact my account i any way ? even in the change to go viral and reach engagement ?

it will definitely affect, if you remove videos will reduce you overall watch time and you will a big change when the videos where available and when you deleted them, keep them those videos could still bring some views if you really want to remove them by a specific reason that is worth to lose that watch time go for it but personally keep them there.

i dont give *** about watch time i'm only cared about youtube may be limit visibility of my channel because of that and i want to know that

because the video i want to delet are not quality video and are not same niche so i want to keep only quality video with my new niche
 
After getting monetization approval : like after few months you can make private some videos.
Though youtube mentioned 4000 watch hours for getting monetization approval: this will be very much good idea to keep the video watch hours 4000+ every time for the last 365 days.
You can make private any videos but your should need to remember that those videos passed the youtube monetization approval for the video ads display. So huge number of videos private can make your channel SEO in trouble. So try to keep all the videos are up.

Based on my experience, I advise against deleting or privating older videos, especially if they have accumulated views or watch time. Doing so can negatively impact your channel’s history and may reduce engagement on newer posts. Even if these videos no longer align with your channel's current niche, it's usually better to leave them as they are. If your recent posts are receiving good engagement, there's no reason to risk that by removing older content.
 
1. Every time for the apply you will be need 4000 watch hours in your account. If you make any videos are private: you can check the total watch time without private videos.
2. Yes. If you make the videos are private that can reduce your total watch time number.
3. Yes. It can make you disadvantages for getting popular if you made some videos are private.

1. I think if you will delete you old video if my reduce the overall watch time which may effect during the monetization.
2. When ever you will make your video private the watch times of that video get also deducted form the overall watch time.
3. I think it will impact to in getting organic view, it also impacts your youtube channel profile.

Don't delete old videos if they're not really necessary, because each video affects the channel's interactions, hide the video first and then consider the impact. then delete.
 
Well you need to calculate yourself ,for example if the videos that you want to delete has majority of your video views and it integrates in those 4k video view then yea it will affect your aproval
But if you have more than 4k views on the other videos then i dont think you will have a problem .I hope you get my point
