Hey guys, i'm planning to provide support to my clients through WhatsApp and i have some questions about this platform.
1. Can i send any number of messages to my clients each day? Or are there any limits that i need to respect or i will get blocked/disabled?
2. Where all the data(clients contacts, chats) are stored? On SIM? Or on Device? If i'd decide to change a new phone, but SIM card would remain the same, would i lose all my clients?
3. Can i send same copy-paste message to my clients through WhatsApp? Because with my clients, it would be very time consuming to write each message from scratch , so most of the messages im just copy-pasting. Is that okay?
