You just use the images stored on amazons servers.

Does Amazon banned site with unoriginal content? I just applied with my site which is full of unoriginal content and so far so good. So they will banned me after three months right?

i believe you are lacking of a disclaimer and not because of the image used?

try to place an affiliate disclaimer and/or change the button names to something allowed by amazon.

i was rejected before and i also photoshop images to fit the sizes but that is not the reason i got rejected, turns out its the affiliate disclaimer.
