Some question about google ads cloaking

Hi,
Any body can help me about google ads cloaking. I run for my affiliate gambling url.
1. Can i use new google ads account with cloaking?
2. Should i include some gambling brand on my copy ads?
3. 100% safe?
4. Which is the best cloaking service now base on quality and pricing?
Please help me.

i think you do not use brand keyword google not allow this types of keywords and mostly country ban gambling and casino niche

1. you can but better you should use old account
2. Yes if you can
3. absolute no
4. i see many cloaking system but for online gambling ads can't working.

I do not agree with you for your answer number 4. I guess it's working if you use cloaking system properly..

Since I can use combine the function of cloaking and google ads without any problem. :)

Yes it can be made if the cloaker is a good one.
 
There is no 100 % safe cloaking - eventually, the account will get banned one day. and there can be many reasons why u get banned.
I'm using cloakerly for a long time, and it's working very well, pricing is good as well, I have a custom plan there, which suits best for my needs.
