Some PHP coding for API

Hello,

I have some coding job. I need to create some simple registration form on my website that will post the data to another website via API. I have the documentation and PHP api. It's all that is required to make this work but I can't do this on my own because I'm not a programmer.

I think that this is a simple task. It just has two steps, the first one checks if the data is ok and the second one posts the data to the other website via api.
