Some Pages Are Being Vikipedi Page

Hi, anyone know how some pages are being vikipage?

for example i know an 27k rap page, when i click that page link goes to facebook vikipedi section about rap

who makes it? facebook or page admin and how?

Some pages related to particular topics and genre do get classified into a wikipidia page by facebook. A page admin has nothing to do about it.

for example i will create a page in xxx name, there is 10 pages in same name, but 1 page is merged with viki, should i open a page in that name? will it be merged?

I have never tried that, but from what I have seen, such pages will be merged or unpublished. They might even stay good, but there is always a risk factor.
