just make a 301 redirect if _SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] != "yourdomain" or you can do it from htaccess too

    Code:
    [COLOR=#ffffff]<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^olddomain.com$ [OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.olddomain.com$
    RewriteRule (.*)$ http://www.newdomain.com/$1 [R=301,L]
    </IfModule>[/COLOR]

The website who steals my whole website, previously was a torrent site and it is already blacklisted by google. Now that website using my website content, images, name eetc..

So i think it will definitely harm my website in future. I found they using cname to steal all data. This above htaccess is not working and it redirects whole my website to any other website.

If your website has good PageRank then maybe he is trying to fake his pagerank, once his domain gets pagerank he will try to sell it.
    just a thought.

chances are if this is a site copying data and used to be a torrent site, they have taken the appropriate measures to make sure it is hard to take down or get in contact with registrar/hosting . have you tried the advice m4dm4n gave you?

OP? Can you tell if they are stealing your content through your RSS feed??? Most scrappers go there cause its pretty simple ... if they are you can try this:

If you know the IP from which they are operating, then you can simply block them from your feed by putting this code in your .htaccess file

    RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^43.101.100.19 RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://newfeedurl.com/feed

If you need help doing this try out these links [http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/howto/htaccess.html] and the [http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/misc/rewriteguide.html]

Also the IP address in there is made up off the top of my head if its anyones I am sorry in advance :nemoflow:

Why don't you just go into your control panel in your hosting and block their IP???

Basically they are just going to his site and scraping all his content, code etc... It's simple to do when you are using just basic html. I would block the IP address though its your best bet especially if they are constantly just stealing crap from your site. That won't stop them but it might slow them down (as they can just easily move to another IP address or run through a proxy)

    1. Be thankful you have content worth scraping over.
    2. Google can differentiate between a scraped site and the 'real' site.
