Do you have a digital product ?
Maybe they are changing the value price on the product to get it almost for free ( Say product price is $120 they change the value on the form to 0.05 and hope it will trick the system in thinking they paid

It might be a mistake or some kind of scam. Not sure if that happens in PayPal, but people randomly sent money to crypto wallets, and if someone withdraws that money or does something with it, a hacker can access the owner's information.
