1. What is *NO SCRUB* , *IC* , *single opt in* at the end on some offer names?
2. What happens if you have some cpa offer left on your landing page for longer time, and the offer ends? Do they end often? How someone can keep track on their xxx number of landing page offers/affiliate links?
3. Is "pin confirm" same as "mobile" offer?
