What can I do?
The keys not working are close, 4 keys in a row, in order to let them work I have to press strongly or press nearby keys.

Any hint for me please?

Remove the keys and clean under them, if that doesn't work you will need to get a new keyboard.

New keyboard?
It's a laptop, is it possible to remove it and put a new one?

You can just enter "laptop model" replacement keyboard and you should get information on if you can and how to do it.

Just search on google and you should be able to. Or you could get an external keyboard and connect to your laptop.

If you are using windows you can open a virtual keyboard and use your finger to point the cursor at the keys you want to press instead of jerking off all the time.

hey, most of the time , the buttons do not work because there is a lot of dust under the keys so you have to clean your keyboard regularly

Such a silly question.

Open it open and clean it out maybe the dust built up

Whats your laptop model ?

In your keyboard you have it the numpad and letters are in same.
if you attached any external keybord in past, and "num lock" key is active,
so that why its not working proper, attach again keyboard and disable "num lock"

i faced this problem so that only i shared this.

else your keyboard is in problem my suggestion is go to service center.

Cheapest:
1. Clean keyboard ( youtube - Tw_tpElJbxY )
2. Open virtual keyboard ( "On-Screen keyboard" ) and use it for the keys that don't work.
3. Buy new keyboard

If laptop:
2. Ask technical for help - change keyboard
4. Buy new laptop

lol.. Are you serious? Just go forward..
