I got some idea, i want to share and hear what you think and if its will work.

I want to build some tool that you can insert paragraph and the tool will create articles with different order and spit the words.

its will work?

services like this probably exist but are billed at SaaS meaning you have to pay for them

find some thesaurus api and code your own tool for it, or pay for it to be coded by a software engineer here

There are a huge number of rewriting tools that use thesaurus files. You can just do a simple search for "content rewriter" and you will find a bunch of them in Google within seconds. Some are incredibly cheap, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if there were free ones with simple re-writing features.

I`m writing code in : Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS, C++, JS....
So this kind of tool is piece of cake for me...

Anyways, spinrewriter does that and it can add paragraphs of it's own
