when you said fresh content how many articles per site ia good..

Did you analyze your site? I recommend Market Samurai. Look for it in the downloads section.
Are the keywords in the domain?
What is the age of the domain?
How many backlinks does it have?
How many pages of content does it has?
What is the keyword desity for the keyword you want to rank for?
Are the backlinks relevent?

just few backlinks maybe 3..
not content yet. i need to get some how much is good..
confuse about keyword density.

3 backlinks, no content?
A small peice of advice, there are plenty of pdfs in the download section concerning
SEO. Read some of them.
