Everybody has the right to an opinion, but please leave a web address, correct email, name, nickname or something so that we can reply. I have a blog as well and people spam it all the time. I do not really mind the spamming, I handle it and believe that everybody has the right to market their site.

It's funny. I own blogs and all and I get like thousands of comments a day. If I went to every spammer's site, look for email and email them then I would have to spend like 1000 hours a day doing so lol. For the past few month I just make sure that no comments are accepted and have no problems with that.

I am getting spam comments on my website from very unique and high PR websites and most who have services here on BHW, never came to my mind to report them to google or send such a crappy emails to them.

Just do your job man, ignore and go on :)

I think most people don't mind comments if they are relevant but the spam that comes across totally non relevant I begin to wonder about the spammers efforts is it really worth the time to send stuff that has no chance in hell to be posted

I don't mind a little spam but what gets me pissed is the spam that has like 30 links in it and is one long 1000 word paragraph. Really?

Do you really think they do it manually? They just run SB or XR ... probably to find auto-approval pages/posts/blogs and sell the list hehe.

    To pissed off blog owner:
I'll pass this up the pipe to our new SEO firm and ask them to stop the authorized comment posting. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

    Note to self:
Scrape list of porn sites, create nasty comments and blast him 24/7 for a couple days.

That should keep him entertained for a bit.....
