Sounds as if he is scraping your site using a script. Which means he might not even see what is posted in your articles. So what you can do is write a article flaming his site which he will post too.

If nothing else that would be pretty funny. You could write whatever you WANT and it will probably turn up on his site...haha

If he is scraping from your site then try to identify his IP and then ban him from scraping your site using cpanel.
