Some good domains expire soon - how to buy them?

so I want to buy two domains, but somebody bought them before me. WhoIs says:

The site is outdated, the last update was in year 2010. I want that domain for my business but the owner is not responding to my e-mails.

So, how can I get that domain? Just wait for the date of expiring and be quick with the transaction or?

Can I get in trouble if I buy the domain before the real owner?
Example, if Samsung.com is expiring in two days, and I stick to that domain and buy it before he renews his offer - is there any trouble for me ?

Not any trouble, they will offer you some money, if you don't agree, they will case against you, so that's how they will get the domain name back anyway.

Check out Godaddy domain auctions(if the domain is registered with them).

This rarely happens, the owner will either renew the domain some days back Or just leave it.

pool.com is the best for snatching up domains that are expiring.

if you want to get your hands on it and not have to worry about the date, you can backorder it using godaddy, snapnames, pool, namejet

But if you think they won't renew it, just wait about 2-3 weeks after expiration date and it will be available
