Very true. Resistance is a key element of life. Comfort is only condusive to some degree. Without resistance there is no growth, no development, no reflection, no inner turmoil, no struggle, no pain, no real sense of achievement. Why are people afraid of resistance? Without resistance some of the greatest men would have remained children.
As Bruce Lee once said, no rest is worth anything except the rest that is earned. So go & earn your money, don't be satisfied until you're experiencing self-mastery and personal growth.
