Some free software to add watermark to videos?

I'm looking to a free video wm software, just need to add a text on vids.

You can also use windows movie maker.It provided by microsoft for free.If you have window xp check out your c/program files it will be present there

Window Movie Maker is not on my xp...

did some search and found:

Aegisub to create titles
AVIAddXSub to merge titles into avi

both free
