Some FREE proxies for your scrapebox

You'll have to enter a captha though.

Now here is a small bonus from me, so you don't have to manually copy-paste them:
1)Using chrome go to this page, enter captcha
2)Press ctrl+shift+i
3)in the window that appears press Console
4) paste this code and press enter:

$('.podbor tr').each(function(){ console.log($(this).find(':nth-child(2)').html());})

It will output all the proxies as a single list

These sites don't get much english traffic and both require captchas, so its more likely that their proxies arent overused
