Misleading title
First of all in a page there should be female partner with you then assign a job to your close friends they try to get likes for you. Every friend can get 50 or more than 50 likes from their friend list. You can also get tips to other friends which have a fan page with 1000 of likes. you can also try this service which is provided by some one in a facebook. They created a page with a name google +1 as well as they are providing a service for fb and google likes.

u can use fb ads, very effective.
don follow the suggest bid eg. 39cent per click, you can reduce it to 5cent per click.

run some facebook ads, helps keep you from looking like a complete deucher to your friends and you can get super cheap clicks.

1. Write good content on your page. Offer value to the visitor.
2(a). If you have a budget, create FB ads, with a compelling ad + headline and drive visitors to your page.
2(b). If you don't have a budget, generate organic traffic from: a website, twitter, or even from commenting on others FB pages, etc.

I dont know how much experience you have OP, but here's some simple info to point you in the right direction.
1.) only promote GOOD content, so only a good page not just any shite, make it catchy and think to yourself "could this ever get viral?" always think viral in the back of your head... simple common sense is half the game.
2.) promote your pages every day on other popular pages, no smaller than 30k likes! only smaller if your promoting in a certain niche and the page is really targeted.
3.) only promote with accounts your willing to lose because the ban hammer will hit them, my own personal account is currently in a 7 day ban because of shit I promoted ages ago.... mods only seen it now! had a 3 day ban last week too..
Make sure the account your promoting with isn't an admin on your fb like page either just to be safe.
4.) turn off your wall from public comments, it only gets wrecked in spam by other marketers, fuckin ewhores, and just plain losers.
5.) make updates every second day but not more, you'll notice people will stop noticing your stuff if you over comment.
6.) always have spin off pages, just to have or use later. Make sure these pages again are linked to separate fb accounts, always good to have some handy fb like pages, just dont try promote anything thats not in your fan page niche, you see idiots failing at this all the time (every day actually).
7.) use the fan page insights to see how your growing, view your demographics, and most importantly see what updates you made that most interested your page audience...
8.) dont start promoting pages or CPA crap that isn't related to your audience otherwise expect someone to report your page and all your hard work is gone in the blink of an eye.
9.) advertise if your page is under no threat of being banned to get it going, but dont pay money for advertising when you can do it for free remember.... if it gets deleted you'll also be more pissed at losing money.
