1. Pagerank showed in Google Toolbar is 3 years old
2. Pagerank overall updates every 3 months
3. Google does not use Analytics or Webmasters to track down spam.
4. Google will not help you if a competitor spams your website with low quality backlinks.
5. If your website was deindexed, sandboxed by the algorithm, your website will return in 3 months.
6. Google will not de-sandbox/index if you sent in your website as a reconsideration request if the website was struck by the algorithm. The only thing that will happen is that they will do a manual check on your website, they wont ever take action.
7. If you have unique - High Quality content on your website, and updates regularly, your website is not spammy in Google eyes. You are immune.

you wil get deindexed pretty quick if you have a shop only with affiliate links. there may be exceptions, like blogger, but if you have a well known affiliate shop software, you will get hit
