Some emails going to spam. Need to get a private hosting provider?

Hard to fully tell, but it seems many of my emails are landing in spam. I've followed almost every single best practice and get 10/10 on mail-tester and no issues on mxtoolbox. And my domain has pretty good DA.

The one thing that may be causing this is using a shared hosting plan. I keep reading that I may have an IP that has been associated with spamming in the past.

Is there anyway to find out whether getting a private dedicated server would fix the problem? They are a bit expensive, not out of reach, but I'd love to know whether or not this is the issue before spending a lot of time switching everything over.

And are there services I can buy to help ensure my emails land in the inbox?

Any thoughts extremely appreciated here.

Let use a fresh IP address (for ex: a fresh vps).

If you haven't already, sign up at https://www.gmail.com/postmaster/ to see which of your emails land into inbox and which go to spam.

If you feel all your emails end up at spam, check whether your ip has been blacklisted. Blacklists oftentimes will include entire blocks of ips cause some summer was using the same service provider as you do.

Your problem is not machine you need to gain reputation on sending domain.

I have not already. Not sure how this tool slipped by. Thank you. Regarding blacklists, I keep reading how most blacklists are not up to date anymore and just because you aren't on the ones that mxtoolbox shows, doesn't mean you aren't on other more internal less public facing blacklists. But nonetheless, will continue to check.

This contradicts with the other reply My sending reputation should be fine as I've never bulk emailed or never emailed any spam. And the domain itself has a pretty good DA and reputation.

I'm leaning towards trying this. Might you have any suggestions regarding good providers you've used in the past that won't break the bank?

Your not in 2016 anymore mate. You think no one can buy reputation domain google or amazon servers to send emails to inbox ? There are sneaky 2 ways methods in warmup or manual warmup without them you cannot enjoy email marketing either its single email or mass bulk.

All domain names start with a neutral reputation score when it comes to email irrespective of your DA or other metrics.

Email providers work on a proof-of-work basis these days. To be able to send email to a good number of people, you need to put in the work. The work is proper configuration, with your mail server having reverse DNS, SPF and DKIM at the least and a good warmup before you start sending.

If you do not put in that work, you don't get positive reputation. If your emails have landed up in spam, that means that you haven't built enough proof with email providers and you have some negative reputation now and need to do a bit more to build a positive reputation.
