Some doubts regarding Proxy

I want to know a very basic thing as started doing something new. I was creating Yahoo Answers level 2 accounts in bulk and created about 10 accounts. Only 3 of them were alive and rest got deleted. I have a net connection where IP changes every time I reconnect. Now Is this just like a proxy or I need anything else to keep the accounts safe ?

1ip per account is best - multiple accounts tied to 1 ip
means when 1 ip gets banned - all accounts on that ip get banned

Even though your IP changes that way, you are still in the same IP C class, which could raise some red flags.

For example, your method would change your IP address from 123.123.123.1 to 123.123.123.2 (note that only the last number is changed).

A proxy would change your IP address from 123.123.123.1 to 157.548.124.1, which are in no way connected.

Ok, then please suggest me good proxy. Also can you explain in brief regarding how it works ? How much I have to pay for unlimited Proxies for a month?

yes you will need to buy private proxies from multiple classes
mix them up a bit

If you want to create multiple accounts and you have fluctuating IP, then I think you can create it but after you create the first account, then switch off your modem and then again switch it on, as this will change the IP address. Now you can create another account. Here, you have to remember that never access any two accounts simultaneously because there will be IP match and your accounts can be deleted... But here I would like to add I am not 100% sure about this method. My brother has used this method in the past and he says it works... Still logically I am sure of this method.

He doesn't have to get all private, shared will do fine, a bit tricky but still fine. For the public proxies, well they are public so you get what you pay for. In regards of yahoo, they will flag your ip for a day after 5-6 email registration an average and yes you still can create crap load of yahoo accounts with good retention rate from elite proxies, I'm getting an average of 2-3 bans out of 10 email using LV1 public proxies.

private or shared. we covered that but thanks for the repeat
and dont do them from your dsl ip the minor digit change is to closely
tied to the same class
