Some doubts about Tiktok.

I would like to clear up some doubts.

1. How does Geolocation work? If I have an IP from USA, but for example my content is in Spanish, what prioritizes this to target? The language or the location of the IP?
2. Is it more advisable to use VPN or Proxy?
3. Can I use the same IP to publish to different accounts?

1. base on who is your target audience, if u wanna target english speaking ppl just change content language into English, if u wanna target Spanish u need to change IP to Spanish
2. I prefer proxy
