Some domain name question to seo

Hello guys,I'm new to domain name for seo.
I have a problem with domain name.
I have a keywords with 5 letters,such as "weight loss ideas for women".
If weightlossideasforwomen.com(net) and weight-loss-ideas-for-women.com(net) are registered by some boy,Can i use the domain name below for it?what is better sequence to choice?
1.weightlossideaswomen.com(net),there is no word "for".
2.weight-lossideasforwomen.com(net),weightloss-ideasforwomen.com(net),weightlossideas-forwomen.com(net),weightlossideasfor-women.com(net),there is only one hyphen.
3.theweightlossideaswomen.com(net),add the word "the" at first.
4.weightlossideaswomensite.com(net),add the word "site" at end.

Are you talking in a SEO sense or in a legal sense? Because you are allowed to use those domains.

The thing you also want to remember is that it is good to have keyword rich domains. But long domains tend to get quite ugly and become a pain.

if the Preposition(such as for) in keyword can be delete?
can I split the keyword with just single hyphen symbol "-"(weight-lossidesforwomen.com) ,does it matter to google to recognize my every single word?

No it doesnt matter to google, Try to put a word at the end like
weightlossideasforwomenshop.com
weightlossideasforwomenreview.com
weightlossideasforwomensearch.com

But my advice is that the domains length is to big.
If you want to build a site to monetize, then the length is up to you but if you want later sell the site the domains length will not be on your side. Did you see if the .org extension is free?

use google keyword tool .check it at www.who.is and select good one.

Go with, weightlossideaswomen.com

Google won't consider the word "for" when searched without quotes. And almost all the surfers search on google without "quotes".
