yeah i know, i have had same experience, i uploaded too many videos but the view is vert low so i decided to left it
youtube is a bit complicated, it takes time and the content must be highly quality.

An older-ish way is posting on other channels comment section and saying something like "Lol, dude I found better info on this channels vids -insert link of your channel-". Going on reddit and naming your user name the same as your YT account, then commenting in every videos section and corresponding sub-reddits.
