A good plugin I use for Wordpress to help me with my onpage Easy WP SEO

you might be able to find it in the downloads section... but it works like a charm

Proper header tags, image tags, keep keyword density natural, use relevant page names and titles and a sitemap always helps with indexing all the pages on the site.

Does your page talk about whatever it is you're trying to promote? If it does, and if the title reflects the same thing, you're done with on-page SEO.
