Some basic legal help

So hey, I kind of shat my pants today as I read a bunch on 2257 statement.

I have few affiliate sites that I use to upload videos, and I have all that terms of use, privacy policy and other legal shit. Now, I am not a producer of any of these videos, I simply reupload them (who doesn't?). Since 2257 statement is on all big porn website, should I put my statement just in case?

Also, I'm obliged to keep records by the law, but I don't really keep records of what I upload, so I guess, I shouldn't put the statement on?
