Been reading throughout the forum and been confused, Need your help in clarifying some questions -

1. How do you create a churn and burn account? Can I use aws to create the account or would be needing any ip?
2. For Example if I want to promote any weight loss product what type of landing page gets approved and can i put my affiliate link on the landing page(without cloaking). Cloaking is a new concept for me so reading more about it.
3. If i make a US account I will get $350 threshold, is there any other country with greater threshold?
4. Which VCC are working?

Any other tips you want to give will be really helpful.

AdWords Churn and Burn Accounts are working fine. You have to find your own way to promote your offers. Try! Try!

1.) Yes, Aws is working fine. Don`t Try Cheap Proxy.
2.) According to adwords policies, you can only put your own domain to advertise. Use Cloaker. Fraudfilter Works Fine for Churn and Burn Accounts.
3.) No, USA Adwords have highest Threshold. You can try creating from different countries like CANADA (Canadian $500), UK(Euro270).
4.) Bank Backed VCCs.

But I am still confused over the landing page part. Can you show me any landing page that will be approved for weight loss product.

What is the way to get vcc from bank as I am not from US.

And As I was reading about cloaker what i understand is that I have to make two websites one will be submitted for google approval and other will be my landing page with affiliate link. Am I correct?
