Hi guys!

I have just started a forum for Amateur radio, its a brand new domain and been making twitter posts etc.. not much traffic.

What would be a good way to get more people to the site? Facebook ads? Google ads? or something else?

Know very little been out of the game for a decade or so.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
Matt

Diving back in after a decade can be a bit overwhelming, but you've got this. For a niche like Amateur Radio, I'd recommend starting with community engagement rather than jumping straight into paid ads. Connect with Amateur Radio groups on social platforms like Facebook, Reddit, and even LinkedIn. Share valuable content and insights, and subtly direct them to your forum. Collaborating with popular Amateur Radio bloggers or influencers for guest posts or interviews can also drive targeted traffic. Once you've built some organic traffic and understand your audience better, then consider targeted Facebook or Google ads.

You news good budget on ads. And also hire some freelance writers to populate the forum with new discussions so that visitors join to participate in them.
