Some Advice Please

Hi Guys

Ive been reading and reading and my head is spinning.

I am starting a new local service business and a brand new website to go with it.

I have made a landing page using unbounce.

Firstly is this going to be a problem for me going forward with regards to ranking. I really like the unbounce platform ?

Secondly ... I would like to purchase packages from the market place to rank my site.

I am in no hurry and budget is not an issue but it would have to be possible to rank for keywords similar to kitchen fitter liverpool , kitchen fitter manchester etc.

Is this even possible and if so what would be the best packages? I am guessing I will need something which would be slow release and steady dripping of links etc.

I dont mind if I have to buy my own PBN in 9 months time to give it the last push but could I realistically rank top for these keywords.

A couple of questions. How old is your website? Is the site optimized for the keywords that you are trying to rank for? Have you created any links yourself yet? Have you created any social media profiles for the site yet?

Unbounce is great for Landing Pages but I wouldn't use your LP as your site.
Set up a Wordpress site, and use your LP to collect leads.

From your post i analyzed you are flexible on budget so better you hire some experienced peoples or firm to get this achieved.

The site is brand new and basically a landing page.

There is no social media profile really.

There are no links , totally brand new site.

Got a fresh slate and I would like to build a slow solid foundation from scratch.

I have built the page in unbounce as I like how easy it is to tweak and test copy and offers but could switch to another platform if it would be of great benefit to ranking my keywords

I was thinking this . BUT I want people to arrive at my lead generating landing page so is this not where the seo needs to be done ?

I want people to arrive at my landing page via google - then I can send them to the full site once I have there info captured.

Is this plan flawed somehow ?

If you are sending Paid Traffic (PPC/Adwords) then send them to your landing page.
If you are looking for Organic Traffic then you need to look at ranking your site.
IMO You should be using both as you will carry out SEO on both your LP and site.
Hopefully one of the experts on Local SEO will chime in with their opinions.

Yes, because every click out loses customers. However, in another way, if you don't want to churn your business website, then it is the way to go.

Build your site on wordpress and add a landing page, many themes support it. As for SEO, you will have to be careful when picking services.

Couldn't have said it better myself - not an expert on PPC by any means, but the landing page is always an optimal location.
