Some Advice about my Website

Hi guys.

I have a website active since 1998 (really active). Always the same owner and accepted Adsense Account.

Make a few bucks at year (just a couple post each years in the last 5 years) and 30/50 visitors per day.

The niche of the website is Photoshop tutorials. It has the word "photoshop" in the domain (photoshop-example.com).

Considering that it is a website in Spanish, but that it could be worked in any language: how much could its price be if I try to sell it in the right place?

Aged sites really sell a lot

Calculate how much you make yearly mutiply it by 1.5-5x
 
You can first check with domain price checker tool and sell it in go daddy and other sites too

An aged site is awesome. Usually, the sales price is monthly income times (30 - 45) depending on the site. However, if that gives you a value b/w $1000 - 3000 then you don't really have to let go the site for that much. There are other things that will factor into the price, such as strength of the domain, the number of articles published, total traffic etc. Since your site is in Spanish, it is hard to place a number, I've only ever dealt with sites in English.
 
like the others said, yearly income x 3-4 depending on the stability of income.
