Some advertising features are disabled

I have experience this error one month ago.
I have appeal this disable for 3 times, it replied 2 times by reactivating it but the 3rd time I am not able to REPLY the support inbox anymore.

I cant even open a new ticket to appeal.
Does anyone has the same problem ? Please guide me, I promises to give some sweet for solving my problem.
