solve my paypal refund issue ..

Last week one of my paypal account got limited It was created on the basis of real searched address from web ,gift card for verification , but due to some purchase activities from different ips its got limited I cant verify address or any thing else that its requiring , anyway the problem is I got 50$ from one of my client after that payment the account got limited and now it has 48$ but they limit my refund as well I cant refund that 48$ so I am looking for someone who can call paypal and can cancel that payments and refund them .I will give him 20$ .

Now you should wait for 180 days and after 180 days, paypal will allow you to refund yoru balance.

you can direct contact pay pal toll free contact number with your verification Data, it will be helpful!

One more idea which may be helpful for you as that work for me previously.

Tell your customer/client to open a dispute against you on Paypal and Paypal will wait for 7 days for any comments from your side but remember don't reply them so your client will won the dispute and he will get the money refund in his account.
