SOLUTION: tiktok shadowban, 0 views jail, get a US audience, etc

After trying what feels like a million things to get out of the tiktok shadowban I finally uploaded a video that got over 100 views 10 minutes after posting (still going up as I write this).

On top of it, my content is being shown to a US audience while I'm currently traveling Europe.
Seeing how long it took me to figure this out I feel like I should sell this lmao but here goes, hope that helps.

Here is exactly what I did:
- New android phone I bought for 50 bucks
- US AT&T tourist SIM card that I ordered online, they cost 30 bucks or so
- Set the language and region and time to US time in new phone
- NEVER USED BEFORE WIFI OR 4G CONNECTION (totally clean new IP every time I connect to the internet) - especially useful if shadowbanned on Tiktok before, this was my main bottleneck for weeks.
- New Google account with brand new email address created specifically and only for that purpose
- Create new tiktok account, register with the new email.

Check the fyp, if you get mainly US content you are good. This WILL happen if you use a brand new phone that never connected to tiktok before with only 1 US SIM card in it. Just make sure you don't have 2 SIM cards in at the same time, I havent tested that and wouldnt risk it.

- Use a random different username never used before DONT WRITE A BIO DONT POST PROFILE PICTURE OR ANYTHING YET.
- For the first week only use the app as a normal regular user. Long press and click not interested on posts that are not in your niche. Search for posts that are relevant to your niche. Watch them, engage with them lightly.

In terms of what appears in your fyp it seems that the most important is how long you watch niche content. The more you watch of something the more the apps feed you the same thing. I am unsure how long the warmup period is and I don't care to test further. 1 week did the trick for me.

- After some warmup time, I added a profile photo
- The next day, I recorded a video directly inside the tiktok app (I usually do scripted videos with a prompter that I uploaded but not this time) and IT WORKED. Engaged US audience, hello.

I am unsure whether tiktok focuses on users who create content directly from the app, that seems to be the case right now. What I did to get around this is that I put my hand on my phones camera to cover it, record 2 seconds of black video within tiktok, then edited it directly within the tiktok app (you then have the option to import outside media). So the end result is 4minutes of myself yapping and 2 seconds of black video at the end.

You don't need a proxy you don't need a VPN (I actually believe tiktok tracks those) and you NEED a new phone and a us sim card (there too I believe tiktok tracks data they are not supposed to have access to).

This is the least expensive, simplest way to go about it, total cost $80 and a bit of patience/faith. No need to pay $120 a month for a US 4G proxy, no need for antidetect browser, etc. By the time it took me to write this post the video is now sitting at 199 views and 1 engaged organic comment that may potentially become a client later down the funnel.

Just follow the steps like a cookbook and you will get unbanned from tiktok. Then you monetize it and make the big $$$.

It's never going to get banned bro, worst case scenario they sell it but tiktok 100% stays, don't be fooled by what the CEO says, he just doesn't want to let the golden goose go but tiktok is 100% staying in one form or another

You may never know. China didnt have a problem to ban Meta's products altogether neither did Russia. So U.S is really concerned that China gov is collecting datas from Tiktok so it's all politics and security for them

The whole trick is to get it working without buying new phones
People are creating 30-100 accs / day, try to create more than 5, you will come back to 0 views

so are you uploading from some free wifi location? trying to understand your meaning here. If 4g, you're using your in country sim card for connecting?

I meant to say the wifi network I started using with the new tiktok acc was one never used before with a previous device/tiktok acc

Does it still work? can the sim be unactivated? where did you get one? Been looking for a solution myself

Do you have a solution how to get it working without the constant need for a new phone? I only need one US account, so getting one new phone doesn´t seem to be that much of burden.

So yeah, this is a good tutorial & tips if you're not into programming, cryptography stuff and so on

But as a person that do a lot of stuff with tiktok recently, need to admit:

DONT WRITE A BIO DONT POST PROFILE PICTURE OR ANYTHING YET.

This is VERY important at the beginning. Otherwise you'll enjoy a quick shadowban usually. Good job on the thread!

You can just do a factory reset and use mobile internet, that will be enough. Do not connect your phone to your home wifi if you have used it before. Preferably Android 13.

I would love to pick your brain. I currently have a shop but it is attached to my brick & mortar and needs to be maintained separately. I am interested in how I might to expedite the process of establishing a new account that would be used for the affiliate program and eventually the CRP. If you have advice or could point me in the right direction, I would be greatly appreciative.
