Solution stealth paypal withdraw

Hey there
i read for days now and i can not find a good long term solution for this.
I am from Germany.

So every month i want to create a new stealth paypal cash out 1500$ and leave it or close it. Legal income, i assure no hacked pp or something :/
I know to setup stealth paypal with fresh dedicated vpn, fake address,(vcc,vba), docs.

I thought about setting up an eu paypal with debit card to withdraw PP Balance.
But for now it is just a thought. Maybe someone who did it can advice me.

Setting up debit card, now I dont now which one is the best, always reading about leupay, entropay or maybe wirex?
Tried to setup advcash with docs from ses but did not work because of the resolution, maybe someone knows why.

Another Solution would be creating Website and buying own digital products, maybe bots for games or something, I could do it to not sell empty things. But i am located in germany and theres the thing with Vat Number have to be on website impressum.
Would pay it of course, but if the gouvermnt is looking into the website payings, do not now if they see paypal transactions.
But maybe it works? Because there always will be different "stealth paypal" that will buy it and not everytime the same buyer.

Maybe someone can tell me if it works with freelancer sites.

Someone in the other Thread wrote paypal -> casino -> Bitcoin, but funding source always withdraw source what i see, so i do not understand.

Buying bitcoins. Would be best, but with all new stealth paypal getting the error "sorry we cant send...", because paypal do not trust this account. virwox, giftcard etc. would be best but did not find a solution here. Localbitcoins maybe but does it work without id or docs?

One method you missed, was to buy real stuff off online sites; eBay etc. I have bought from the past with stealth accounts off eBay but you must check out as a GUEST and not an actual eBay account.
Obviously this will only work if you have the PP in that country, but after receiving the item you can sell locally for one of the best returns.

You mentioned Bitcoin buying, but sites like Paxful which allow you to buy bitcoin with PayPal require extremeley verified accounts which might not be possible.

My current method is sending to a Main account which is in very good standing and PayPal will not question the payments sent to it, remember to send as goods and services (you can even add a fake tracking number and they will not check it to secure the money from chargeback). I can then withdraw from the main account, however make sure to leave a day inbetween sending/withdrawing etc. for safety purposes, as when I was learning I lost a few main accounts but managed to make new accounts even in the same name/bank/card somehow haha. I would recommend this method.

EDIT: on reading your thread again, stay away from Freelancer sites, as now they require a lot of ID to withdraw but before they were very useful. Same with Casinos, and also most casinos only allow withdraw to the same payment method which I luckily read before I tried it.

Sending from one to another paypal will link them ? Read so much about avoiding this. How you handle tax with withdraw money by sending per goods and services, I have a good stable paypal Account, but scared they will start questions.

Would like to know if german banks are wondering about money that are coming from paypal regularly. Or if paypal let government has access to Accounts so they can see where the money comes from.

Sending as goods and services only takes a small portion of the amount sent, and compared to buying bitcoin with PayPal it gives one of the best rates.
Linking the accounts won't be a problem because it's sent as goods and services not friends and family.

I have no clue what to tell your bank, but if it's legal you might just want to pay the tax on it or something. You can always keep it in your PayPal balance.

One thing I have been thinking about is buying cash off eBay or online sites straight from your PayPal balance, this would be good if you are avoiding taxes. There are currently not any sellers for GBP, but you might be able to find people selling euros for decent prices compared to tax.
