If it's the solution I think you all are talking about it i first heard about it on the real ebay forums. I think it's fairly well known. Seems like a stupid trick but Paypal is letting it work.

and I am sure paypal knows about it since it is being used by asian scammers on eBay. As soon as people file INR or SNAD paypal will notice the funds are gone and why. Of course the guy has started a new eBay and Paypal by then and is doing it again.
