Solution for spam and quality - post / thread limit

And the solution is easy, we were talking about it in other thread but nobody took it serious:
-let everyone create 5 threads / day, EVERYONE, even Jr.VIP because who needs more threads?
(this can be introduced immediately, without any manipulation in Xenforo core), for example:

-let newbies post 1 time / day, limit to 15 posts and no threads
also previous plugin

Pluses:
-higher quality, people will think twice because use their daily limit
-get rid of multiple threads and posts "how to earn $5 help please"
-no spam wall for half night, forum is multiple time zone, someone needs help at night or on the morning and his thread get lost in spam wall
-mods don't need to worry about spammers

Minuses:
-plugin requires testing
-plugin uses cronjob, I don't know how it acts with such big userbase
-less activity on forum (but better quality)

The account creation and thread posting is completely automated. If the number of threads per user is limited, it only means more bot accounts will be created, and the number of threads will stay the same. Also, there's a lot of reasons someone might post two threads in one day, such as asking a question, getting an answer, then posting a HAF as a follow-up.

As things are today, the mods can read one spam report, purge that user, and all the spam threads go away. But with a one-thread-per-person policy, the mods would have to handle individual reports for each thread/account individually.

I'm sure the root cause will be fixed with the upgrade. Until then, just report and ignore the spammer on the first thread you find, and the rest of the spam threads will be blocked from your view.
