Solution for dead FB pages

I see that a lot of people have died pages recently. Here are a few solutions I use to avoid this situation:
1. Use the old Pages, have a lot of likes and followers. The inconvenience is that these pages are difficult to rename.
2. Use the blue check page. These pages are verified pages with FB so it has more credibility with FB users, moreover, these pages are very strong, it is difficult for this page to die. The downside is that they are expensive and cannot be renamed
3. use the new page created from BM (must run campaigns like page and like post for a while). The downside is that it's not as strong as the above two types of pages, but it's easy to do and can use arbitrary names
