Most of the people who sell solo ads, only let people drive traffic to a lead capture page. Which means you won't be getting direct sales from the solo.

One way around this is to set up a lead capture page that redirects to a sales page once people opt in to your list.

I have not bought solo's from people who distribute ezines, so I can't really say how those work.

Aren't solo ads usually for list building? I have heard of people making sales with them, but it's probably not as easy as it sounds.

if you have a good offer and a converting landing page for your offer, solo ads can be very profitable, you get optins and sales at the same time

the solo ad provided in this fraud site only will get you fake traffic

if u want solo ad to get sales and leads guaranteed you need to pay from $500 to $1000 per solo ad

Yep, I agree with you. Usually I buy solos at InternetSeer, SitePronews, Entireweb and so on. They are not cheap, but give me good results. So when I started my thread I meant solo ads which are provided by well known companies in internet/SEO/marketing niches. I need solo ads which are sent to website owners, SEO specialists etc.
