Solo Ads + Safe Swaps Concerns

Hey folks, Solo Ads + Safe Swaps looks to be the next traffic that I will try. My concern is does anyone know what a click actually is? Some people say that they will deliver 300 clicks and some only 50 (I assume a click is someone clicking on the email message to read it OR a click on the website link inside the email?? My concern is how do they guarantee the clicks? Im sure that there are horrible offers out there that wont even get 20 clicks, how do they promise 300? If anyone has had success with a solo seller on safe swaps and you dont mind sharing, please post the sellers name below and/or some stats so us noobies can start off in the right direction.
