Solo ads quality

Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask experienced people about solo ads quality. Is these subscribers coming from solo ads can become hungry buyers or more like they are only freebie seekers? I know it depends on seller quality, but what is the situation usually?

I tried a few solo ads. Do have 1-2 sales for every 100 clicks. But the follow up email open rate are low. Less than 10% . After reading some post here i suspect they using fake bots.
Maybe can email those legit marketers to promote your.products
